Many winemakers produce dozens of different wines. That’s not us. Instead, we focus 100% of our attention on crafting a single Cabernet and a single Chardonnay. By trimming down our offering we maximize our winemaking priorities to create the best wine possible, without additives or distraction. 


Yes, without additives. Unlike most wines at our price point, we don’t add sugar, concentrate, coloring, or anything else that shouldn’t be there. We believe in winemaking, not winefaking, and we are transparent about this. We produce TRIM with the same strict winemaking standards as the top wine producers across the world. We are meticulous. We don’t cut corners. We don’t take shortcuts. It’s our focus, discipline, and authenticity that make TRIM incomparable.
